Please note that starting August 3rd, 2026, the Wheely London Academy is moving to a new location. All training sessions from this date onward will be held at: Unit 14A, Berghem Mews, Blythe Rd, London W14 0HN
đź“… Mandatory 2-Day Attendance
This is a 2-day training course. Although the booking system will only ask you to select one day, you are committing to two consecutive days.
- If you book a slot for Monday, you must attend both Monday and Tuesday.
- If you book a slot for Wednesday, you must attend both Wednesday and Thursday.
- Please only book a slot if you are fully available to attend both days from start to finish.
⏰ Timing & Dress Code
- Time: 09:00 to 17:30 each day.
- Arrival: Please arrive before 09:00 so you are ready to start exactly on time.
- Dress Code: You must arrive fully dressed according to the official Wheely Chauffeur Dress Code.
🅿️ Parking Information for Accreditation
Day 1: No On-Site Parking Available
As your vehicle is not required on the first day, we are unable to provide on-site parking. We highly recommend using public transport. If you do choose to drive, please use one of the nearby public car parks:
- Tesco Car Park: Bookable via YourParkingSpace (approx. 5 minutes' walk).
- W12 Shopping Centre Car Park: (approx. 8 minutes' walk).
Day 2: Free On-Site Parking (Vehicle Mandatory)
On the second day of training, your vehicle is mandatory. We will provide free parking for you in our underground car park.
- Please use the parking bays located to the left of the entrance, clearly marked "Wheely".
- As space is strictly limited, please ensure your vehicle occupies only one designated bay.
âś… Checklist: Before You Attend
To be eligible to attend the training, you must have fully completed the following prerequisites:
- Passed the Basic Chauffeur Skills Test (Pre-Learning Assessment).
- Passed the City Knowledge Test at the Academy.
- Uploaded all required documents to your Chauffeur Dashboard, including the optional fields (such as your English Proficiency document and your DVLA PDF summary).
- Confirmed that your vehicle fully meets Wheely’s vehicle requirements.

Cancellations: If you would like to cancel your session, please scroll down to the bottom of your confirmation email and click Cancel, providing your reason for cancellation. Please note that failing to do so with at least 48 business hours' notice may trigger a one-month ban from booking future sessions.
